One of Dieter’s greatest desires is to use the talents, blessings, and experiences God has given him to help Christian organizations pursue and attain their goals.

With a robust career spanning over 26 years, Dieter has played pivotal roles as President and CEO in various industries, including protein and technology sectors. His knack for guiding companies from their beginning stages or steering them back from financial crises has been a testament to his expertise in finance, marketing, management, team building, and motivation. Beyond the corporate realm, Dieter also took to academia, spending a year teaching Marketing and Advertising at SCSU and two years at St. Cloud Technical College, heading the community education center.

Dieter’s educational journey is as impressive as his professional one, with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University, majoring in Marketing with minors in Management and Finance. He also completed the Comprehensive portion of a Doctor of Education degree at the University of Minnesota, specializing in Educational Administration. This blend of education and experience underpins Dieter’s success and his holistic approach to leadership and development.

A lifelong Christian, Dieter’s faith has been the cornerstone of his life and work. Whether in Germany where he was born or in Flint, Michigan, where he later immigrated with his family, actively participating in a home church has always been central to his life and upbringing.

Apart from his professional and spiritual pursuits, Dieter finds joy in volunteering, a passion that reflects his commitment to serving others and contributing to the community. He is blessed with a beautiful wife, two daughters, and an adopted son from Guatemala.
