Sacred Journey Academy opened fall 2023 as a Kindergarten through 8th grade community discipleship school deeply rooted in the life and love of Jesus. We seek to serve passionately Christian families within a 75-mile radius of Alexandria, Minnesota.
Our commitment to parents and our student body is to grow by at least one grade per year allowing the 8th grade class to continue through graduation.
Raising up kids with purpose, godly wisdom, and spiritual discernment.
We are a community that offers a unique education experience based on truth and creativity; a culture that operates in freedom and joy; and identity transformation in and through Jesus Christ.

As a discipleship/covenantal school, we are bringing together a community of parents who are like-minded in their sincere faith walk with God. With parents in collective agreement about their foundation of truth and desire to pursue Jesus, our students achieve greater growth and maturity in the faith. This discipleship gives them the humble yet bold confidence to go show and share Jesus with an unbelieving world.
Our program is meant to be family-friendly, not family-frenzied. We avoid meaningless homework, but invite students, both during the school day, and afterwards, to discover their interests and passions through thoughtful extracurricular offerings.
In short, we want you to have time with your kids. We want to increase bonding opportunities between parents and their children.
